Case Study
In September 2024, two separate wholesale butchers gave us sample pouches to test. We measured them with a calibrated micrometer, and in both cases, the average thickness was 62.8mu, against a specification of 70mu. Our pouches are regularly measured and are reliably within ±1mu of the specified thickness.
